چکیده

--------------------------------------------------------ABSTRACT----------------------------------------------------------Values of viscosity(η) have been determined for four amino acids (glycine, L-alanine, L-valine and L-leucine) in aqueous xylose solutions ( 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 ) M at T = (298.15,303.15, 308.15, 313.15) K. Viscosity Bcoefficients of Jones-Dole equation, Bcoefficients transfer (ΔB), temperature dependent of Bcoefficient, free energy of activation per mole of solvent (Δμ1 0* ) and solute (Δμ2 0* ) and thermodynamic activation parameter , G2°(1→1'), are estimated using viscosity data. The linear correlations of B and Δμ2 0* for a homologous series of amino acids have been used to calculate the contribution of charged end groups (NH3 + , COO ), CH2 and other alkyl chain of the amino acids. Our study concludes the existence of strong solute solvent interaction in the studied systems. Furthermore, structure making and breaking behaviour of all the four amino acids have also been assessed in aqueous xylose solutions. The thermodynamics of viscous flow has also been discussed

Partial molar adiabatic compressibilities and viscosities of some amino acids in aqueous glycerol solutions at 298.15 K

positive partial molar adiabatic compressibilities of transfer at infinite dilution, ∆tr o s 2 , κ , have been observed for the studied amino acids (except at lower concentration up to ≈ 0.6 mB in some cases), and their magnitude increases with increase in concentration of glycerol. B-coefficient of transfer, ∆trB, values are positive for these amino acids, which after passing through maxima ≈3...

Thermodynamic Parameters Modeling of Viscous Flow Activation in Ethylene Glycol-Water Fluid Systems

Calculation of excess quantities of ethylene glycol + water binary fluid systems at seven absolute temperatures (293.15 to 353.15) K from experimentally determined values of density and shear viscosity were presented in previous work. The examination of related functions beside the quality of correlation from several equations on these experimental values has also been reported. Considering...

Application of Genetic Programming to Modeling and Prediction of Activity Coefficient Ratio of Electrolytes in Aqueous Electrolyte Solution Containing Amino Acids

Genetic programming (GP) is one of the computer algorithms in the family of evolutionary-computational methods, which have been shown to provide reliable solutions to complex optimization problems. The genetic programming under discussion in this work relies on tree-like building blocks, and thus supports process modeling with varying structure. In this paper the systems containing amino ac...
